SHIPPING

Fast shipping across Canada. All shipping fees are a flat rate all across Canada and include all handling, process and packaging fees. The cost of shipping an item is calculated using its size and weight. Rectangular or square parcels are measured by determining length, width, height or girth, as applicable. Volumetric weight is charged when items of any shape are large in size and light in weight. The shipping price is based on the greater of the volumetric weight or the actual weight.

RETURNS

Before any returns will be accepted you must contact us to receive a RM# that must be with your item you wish to return. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total product purchase price. Custom or items cut to size can not be returned. Items must be returned in their original condition to be put back in stock.
